La Grange Elementary School District 102 will host a kindergarten orientation meeting at 7 p.m., February 4, in the Park Junior High Auditorium, 325 N. Park, La Grange Park.
Parents of incoming kindergarten students for the 2010-2011 school year are encouraged to attend the meeting. Registration packets will be distributed, and curriculum, full and half day programs along with the registration process will be discussed.

Preschool screening for resident children ages birth-5 will be provided beginning at 8:30 a.m., February 4, at Emmanuel Episcopal Church, 203 S. Kensington, La Grange.
Staff members will meet with each child for approximately one hour. Information obtained from the screening will determine the need for early intervention services, vision and hearing referrals, preschool and speech/language services eligibility.
